Job Description
The Construction Project Director role at BluSky involves managing and closing new business opportunities related to restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services. This position works closely with commercial, industrial, government, and residential property owners and managers affected by man-made or natural disasters to develop cost estimates for the required services.
Responsibilities
- Manage and exceed monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Negotiate and execute contracts on behalf of the company.
- Oversee revenue production to meet targets.
- Develop and manage project budgets to ensure target margins.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project completion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry.
- Strong project management and financial process knowledge.
- Proficiency in Xactimate and other estimating software desired.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
