Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist to join the Corewell Health team on a full-time basis. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic CT exams with accuracy and efficiency while prioritizing patient care and safety. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional imaging services and upholding the highest standards of patient and family-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify patient identification and physician orders.
- Inform and educate patients and their families about procedures.
- Acquire and document accurate patient histories.
- Perform CT scans and related procedures using age-appropriate techniques.
- Administer contrast media through IVs as necessary.
- Operate CT imaging equipment proficiently and ensure quality control.
- Monitor patient safety during procedures.
- Communicate effectively with medical staff and management.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree from a JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 1-3 years of experience beyond staff radiographer level.
- Certifications: CRT-Radiologic Technologist, CRT-Computerized Tomography (CT), CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS).
Physical Demands
- Various physical demands including lifting, carrying, and visual acuity.
Location: Troy Hospital, 44201 Dequindre Road, Troy.

Weekly Hours: 40
Work Hours: 3pm-1130pm
Days: Monday-Friday, Every third weekend
