CT Technologist

Job Description

Corewell Health is currently seeking a dedicated Full-time CT Technologist to join our team at the Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic CT exams using state-of-the-art imaging equipment to provide the best possible images for interpretation while adhering to radiation protection principles. Responsibilities

• Verify patient identification and physician orders.
• Acquire and document accurate patient history.
• Perform CT exams using age-appropriate methods.
• Operate CT imaging equipment proficiently.
• Ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of exam rooms.
• Effectively communicate with medical staff and management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
• 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Certification by ARRT with additional CT certification within 1 year of hire.
• Basic Life Support Certification required.
