Job Description
We are looking for a Lead CT Technologist to join Corewell Health, where you will oversee the coordination of technical and support personnel involved in CT exams acquisition and processing. In this role, you will lead staff schedules, monitor patient flow, maintain quality standards, and provide clinical instruction when needed. Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily work schedules and ensure optimal patient flow.
- Assist in achieving site and system objectives by maintaining standards and accreditations.
- Demonstrate leadership, conflict resolution, and effective communication skills.
- Train new staff, conduct competencies, and participate in the interview process.
- Ensure equipment cleanliness, staff safety, and adherence to protocols.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred, with advanced/3D scanning expertise.
- Certification by ARRT with additional CT modality preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers required.
