Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are neat.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to enhance operations.
  • Maintain cash handling policies and adhere to company procedures.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform various physical tasks.
  • Required to sit, stand, bend, and walk around the store.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Proficiency in customer service and operating a cash register.
  • Capability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Combination of education and relevant experience is considered.
