Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your contributions will enhance the shopping experience for our customers and ensure the store operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment and understand company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
