We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a well-organized and customer-friendly shopping environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) at all times.
- Stock shelves and displays neatly, process customer purchases, and maintain general cleanliness.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Follow cash handling policies and maintain confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience a plus.
