Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a well-organized and customer-friendly shopping environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Job Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) at all times.
  • Stock shelves and displays neatly, process customer purchases, and maintain general cleanliness.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Follow cash handling policies and maintain confidentiality.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of interpreting and applying company policies.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience a plus.
