Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and energetic individuals to join our growing team at Avis Budget Group as Customer Service Associates. You will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer support and assistance in the return of rental cars, ensuring a positive experience for our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers, secure keys, record mileage, gas levels, and vehicle damage, and complete check-in procedures using our computer system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customers' needs are met throughout the return process.

Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- Valid Driver's License.
- Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility to work all shifts.
- 6 months of retail customer service experience is a bonus.
