Job Description

We are seeking responsible and energetic individuals to join our growing Avis Budget Group enterprise. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in contributing to the exceptional experience we offer to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers in the return of their rental cars with exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers during the return process.
• Secure keys, record mileage, gas levels, and damage to the rental cars.
• Check in cars into our computer system while providing excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility to work all shifts.
• 6 months retail customer service experience is a bonus.
