Responsibilities

• Help individuals achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Provide personal hygiene assistance and support for behavioral challenges.
• Engage participants in community activities and favorite pastimes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of human services, direct care, or care coordination experience preferred.
• Valid Standard Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.
