Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene needs.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals like budgeting and nutrition.
• Help individuals be part of the community and engage in favorite activities.
• Provide care and support to individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Six months of experience in human services or direct care preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable nature.
• Valid Driver's License and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.
