Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and provide support for activities of daily living
• Implement and support the attainment of developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Help participants engage with the community and enjoy their favorite activities
• Provide care for individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
