Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in achieving their developmental goals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals with complex needs.
• Help participants engage in community activities and enjoy life to the fullest.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
