Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Dispatcher to join the Dispatch Department at RICH TRANSPORT LLC. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in managing driver operations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining communication with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Enter Bill of Lading information, ETAs, PTAs, and Trailer numbers daily.
• Keep track of driver mileages and ensure they meet weekly expectations.
• Coordinate with load planners and management to report any delays promptly.
• Perform daily check calls on drivers and maintain communication with the team.
• Assist in various tasks as required, including manifest building in the McLeod database.
• Maintain a professional attitude, adhere to company procedures, and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and the McLeod database.
• Experience in dispatch operations and load management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
