District Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated District Manager to join our team at Driveline. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $43,000 to $45,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K program with company match, educational assistance, employee discounts, and more.

As a District Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, program execution, and quality controls in a specific geography, managing a team of 150-200 employees and supporting multiple retail locations within the district.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and manage all assigned employees.
• Foster relationships with retailer and client counterparts.
• Organize staffing to meet project requirements.
• Manage district costs effectively.
• Oversee in-store merchandising activities.
• Contribute to regional and company success.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of retail or field operations experience.

Travel Requirements

• Approximately 65% travel necessary, including frequent trips to stores.
• Some overnight stays required based on business needs.
