Job Description

We are looking for a motivated District Manager to join our team at Driveline. As a key part of our operations, you will oversee field merchandising activities, manage a team of merchandising employees, and ensure high-quality execution within your assigned district. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work remotely while being an integral part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Train, coach, and manage a team of 150-200 merchandising employees.
  • Develop strong relationships with retailers and clients.
  • Plan staffing and manage district costs effectively.
  • Conduct in-store merchandising activities and build relationships with store personnel.
  • Collaborate with the Regional team to contribute to overall success.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in web-based reporting and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to lift weights, stand, and move for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of retail or field operations experience.

Travel Requirements

  • Approximately 65% travel required, including overnight stays.
