Job Description
We are looking for a motivated District Manager to join our team at Driveline. As a key part of our operations, you will oversee field merchandising activities, manage a team of merchandising employees, and ensure high-quality execution within your assigned district. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work remotely while being an integral part of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and manage a team of 150-200 merchandising employees.
- Develop strong relationships with retailers and clients.
- Plan staffing and manage district costs effectively.
- Conduct in-store merchandising activities and build relationships with store personnel.
- Collaborate with the Regional team to contribute to overall success.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficiency in web-based reporting and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to lift weights, stand, and move for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of retail or field operations experience.
Travel Requirements
- Approximately 65% travel required, including overnight stays.
