In this role, you will oversee multiple stores, lead employees, and drive sales growth for one of the fastest-growing US grocery retailers. You'll receive up to 44 weeks of paid training to prepare you for this challenging position.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in leading the district.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operational results.
• Ensure adherence to merchandising plans and maintain store staff levels.
• Recruit, train, and motivate team members to achieve career objectives.
• Provide product feedback and monitor customer satisfaction and store conditions.
• Manage compliance with policies, regulations, and budgetary targets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
