Job Description

As a District Manager, you will supervise the operations of a district covering Central North Carolina, Western Virginia, South Carolina, and Eastern Tennessee. This position offers the opportunity to oversee up to six stores, lead employees, and drive sales growth for one of the fastest-growing US grocery retailers. You will receive up to 44 weeks of paid training to prepare you for this rewarding and challenging role.
Responsibilities
- Assess, establish, and implement appropriate store staffing levels
- Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results
- Ensure adherence to company merchandising plans
- Recruit and recommend qualified employees
- Review and analyze the district's competitive pricing
- Conduct store inventory counts and cash audits
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential process improvements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
