Job Description

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) outlined for the role.
- Learn store operations fundamentals by shadowing a store manager or manager trainee.
- Participate in customer walks, store tours, and presentations to ALDI executives.
- Assist with administrative tasks, inventory management, and store associate performance improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance knowledge and store conditions.
- Attend company trainings and meetings to stay informed and engaged.
- Maintain professionalism by adhering to company guidelines and meeting objectives.
Education and Experience
Current pursuit of Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
