Job Description
Electrical Maintenance (Manufacturing)
Location: Tell City, IN
Waupaca Foundry, Inc. is North America’s leading supplier of iron castings, committed to innovation and product quality. We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance professional to join our team and contribute to the maintenance of our state-of-the-art facility, ensuring efficient operations and supporting special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Complete safety training and adhere to safety guidelines
- Participate in WF’s 6-S Program for housekeeping
- Utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions
- Make electrical adjustments to machinery for efficient operations
- Perform conduit, wiring, troubleshooting, and machine repairs
Qualifications/Skills:
- Education or experience in an Electrical-related field
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in conduit bending, hydraulics, pneumatics, and more
Education/Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- Associate's Degree in Electrical or related field
- Completion of selection process including interviews, aptitude tests, and screenings
