Job Description
The Engineer, Level 1 position at Mosaic Hotel & Maison 140 Beverly Hills is a full-time role responsible for maintaining the property in top condition while minimizing inconvenience to guests and staff. Responsibilities
- Make repairs and perform preventive maintenance on equipment including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen appliances.
- Read blueprints, troubleshoot water lines, and maintain swimming pools and spas.
- Complete furniture, wall, and electronic lock system repairs, among other tasks.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent, experience in hotels or related fields.
- Progressive experience in hotel maintenance preferred.
- Trade school or college coursework a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, multitask, and effectively communicate with guests and staff.
- Flexible schedule and attendance at hotel meetings required.
