Overview
Starting wage at $18.00 per hour depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Change out light bulbs; perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms including minor repairs.
- Perform preventative maintenance for various equipment and systems on the premises.
- Immediately follow up on any alarms, determine emergency status, and report findings.
- Perform other assigned tasks by supervisors or managers.
Qualifications
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Licensed in a trade preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
- Must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record (MVR) specific to property.
