Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Aide to join Case Western Reserve University on a full-time basis. As the executive aide for the School of Medicine Dean’s Office, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations to support the dean and chief of staff in providing leadership for the school. Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations efficiently and maintain calendars for the dean and chief of staff.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for scheduling, mail handling, and confidential matters.
  • Liaise between the leadership team, academic units, and external contacts.
  • Provide executive support, assist with strategic planning, and manage special projects.
  • Engage with students, assist with HR functions, and conduct institutional research.
  • Contribute to financial planning, budget development, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a university or non-profit environment.
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office technologies and Microsoft programs.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
