Job Description
Join the BOEING Commercial Aircraft Payloads organization as an Experienced Payloads Configuration Engineer in Everett, WA. As part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to define, configure, and coordinate interior and passenger systems for every aircraft, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
This role requires significant travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead technical teams to resolve issues effectively. You will engage with customers, sales, and executive leadership to deliver exceptional aircraft interiors and systems.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 5+ years of engineering experience, including design and integration
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
