Food Service Aide-SPR

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Food Service Aide to join our team at Career Systems Development Corporation. As a Food Service Aide-SPR, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, assisting in food preparation, and ensuring a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and work areas.
• Assist in food preparation and serving.
• Clean and maintain dining and kitchen facilities.
• Operate dish-washing equipment.
• Fill dispensers and assist in moving supplies.
• Work within safety guidelines and attend training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Preferably, a certificate from a culinary/food service training program.
• Basic food service experience and Serve Safe certification.
• Good personal hygiene practices.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Physical Requirements

Frequent: Standing, Walking, Seeing, Hearing, Speaking, Driving.
Occasionally: Sitting, Bending, Stooping, Squatting, Flexibility.
Seldom: Climbing, Lifting up to 50 pounds, Carrying, Kneeling, Pushing/Pulling, Running.

Environmental Demands

Ability to operate office equipment.
Occasionally works alone.
