Major Functions

  • Supervise the front desk staff to maintain guest satisfaction and service standards.
  • Handle guest issues and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Essential Functions

  • Provide high-quality customer service at all times.
  • Maintain guest service programs and improve GSS scores.
  • Monitor Front Desk area cleanliness and uniform standards.
  • Create schedules based on occupancy forecast and productivity goals.
  • Participate in employee hiring, training, and performance reviews.
  • Promote teamwork, positive behaviors, and employee morale.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in computer systems. Previous experience in front desk and supervisory roles is preferred. A well-groomed appearance and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and diplomacy are essential.

Experience

Two years of combined front desk and supervisory experience is preferred.
