Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with various tasks to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide prompt and courteous service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate cash register efficiently, adhere to cash policies, and ensure security of transactions.
- Follow company policies and procedures while upholding confidentiality of data.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
