Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing exceptional service to our customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Capable of following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
