Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming atmosphere and meets the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Implement the company's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and maintain confidentiality and security.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of following cleaning standards and company policies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and multitasking.
- Meet requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
