Job Description

Servers are responsible for serving residents and guest meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner. They record and input beverage and food orders into the POS system, deliver and serve food, and ensure exceptional guest service. They are expected to become subject matter experts on menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods, engage residents and guests by sharing daily menu highlights and offering recommendations, accurately record food and beverage orders, and consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Requirements

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred.
• Friendly and energetic communication skills.
