Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Conduct store inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
- Follow cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Adhere to security protocols and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
