Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Group Fitness Instructor - Studio Flow Coach to join our team at VASA Fitness. The Studio Red Coach will deliver high-intensity interval training workouts, provide exceptional member experiences, and contribute to a positive and supportive fitness community.
Responsibilities
- Consistently provide exceptional and memorable fitness experiences to all studio members by exemplifying the House of VASA.
- Ensure the studio is set up before each class, greet members at the door, and start classes on time.
- Demonstrate exercises with correct form and ensure the safety of members regarding exercise techniques.
- Engage actively in the class, move around the room, and provide coaching and motivation throughout the workouts.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to member needs and concerns.
- Recommend relevant VASA Fitness products and amenities to meet members' needs.
- Actively invite and encourage non-studio members to attend classes to build Studio membership.
- Monitor effort and encourage participants using Myzone technology.
- Engage in social media to promote the Studio product and celebrate member wins.
- Be open to coaching feedback and engage in learning opportunities to improve skills and continue personal growth.
