Job Description
Interim HealthCare of West Palm Beach is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, and Port St. Lucie, Florida. Enjoy a flexible schedule tailored to your preferences while providing exceptional patient care in a home care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver home-based care to patients post-discharge.
- Collaborate with physicians and supervise care provided by LPNs, CNAs, and aides.
- Conduct patient assessments, document progress, and communicate changes to the physician.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
- Ensure care goals are achieved and facilitate discharge planning.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience.
- Active RN license in Florida.
- CPR certification.
- Familiarity with state and federal home health regulations.
- Strong clinical skills, communication, and compassion.
