Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Interim HealthCare of West Palm Beach. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in the comfort of their homes while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that comes with it.
Responsibilities
- Provide home-based care to patients with various healthcare needs.
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and home care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, report changes, and coordinate discharge when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience.
- Active RN license in Florida.
- CPR certification.
- Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
- Strong communication skills and compassion towards patients.
