Job Description

Responsibilities
- Make repairs to the hotel's air conditioning system, perform preventive maintenance on all equipment.
- Perform plumbing repairs, troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment, maintain repair and preventive maintenance records.
- Paint designated areas, repair and finish sheet rock and wall coverings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field required.
- Trade school or college coursework in a related field helpful; flexible hours may be required.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a service-oriented manner.
- Must attend all hotel required meetings and trainings, maintain personal appearance and grooming.
- Ability to handle problems effectively, maintain confidentiality and show initiative.
