Housekeeping Utility Worker / Floor Tech (Tues-Sat 3pm-11pm)

Job Description
We are looking for a Housekeeping Utility Worker / Floor Tech to join our growing community at Highland Springs. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the community, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for all residents.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning resident rooms, public spaces, bathrooms, classrooms, and common areas
- Using specialized equipment to maintain cleanliness of the community
- Assisting with trash collection and disposal, and replacing trashcan liners
- Maintaining carpeted surfaces through cleaning, spotting, and vacuuming
- Operating carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, and housekeeping vehicles safely

Requirements
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning
- Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and housekeeping vehicles
- Professional and responsive interactions with residents, family members, staff, and vendors
Compensation: Commensurate with experience, $13.00 - $15.50 per hour.
