Join the Shearer's team as an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician and be part of the exciting world of snack production. As a key team member, you will ensure the efficiency, safety, and maintenance of our machinery and equipment to support our continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain production equipment and machinery.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as needed.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements

• 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns.
