We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Millers Home Center. In this role, you will be responsible for driving transaction growth for assigned accounts and new customers while managing the entire sales process from negotiation to closing. Key Responsibilities

  • Outreach to existing customers and deliver effective sales presentations.
  • Assess customer needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Handle special orders and assist in credit requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Maintain and expand the customer base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales or sales support, preferably in a technology company.
  • Experience with B2B commerce and Internet communication software is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and public speaking skills.

Compensation

Starting wages based on experience. Hourly wage ranges from $14.2 to $21.35.
