Job Description

NM REHAB INC is seeking energetic and enthusiastic licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to join our team in southeast NM - The Land of Enchantment! Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, organize, and administer rehabilitative programs to improve mobility and daily functional activities, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions.
  • Perform initial exams, evaluating data to identify problems, determine diagnosis, and plan, prepare, execute, and supervise individually designed treatment programs.
  • Provide quality care to all patients, schedule patients efficiently, use functional activities with proper coding and documentation, manage active patients, and complete all required daily notes during treatment.
  • Supervise supportive personnel, evaluate functional outcomes, prepare individualized home exercise programs, and confer with patients, medical practitioners, or other appropriate parties to plan, implement, or assess intervention programs.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Preferred Education: Doctorate of Science Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Minimum Experience: None
  • Preferred Experience: At least two years practicing in an outpatient setting
  • Certification: Current New Mexico Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant state license in good standing
