Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description

We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to join Pediatric Associates of Greater Salem Inc as a Care Team Nurse. In this role, you will be the clinical leader, ensuring smooth operations, managing high-risk patients, providing education, direct care, and triage services.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate infection control practices and age-appropriate care for pediatric patients.
• Assess client and family needs, provide urgent care, and document nursing care accurately using EMR.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, administer treatments, and coordinate post-hospitalization care.
• Maintain continuing education and adhere to practice policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and HIPAA compliance.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, current LPN license in Massachusetts, BLS certification, and CEUs as required.
