Job Description

Peak Resources Alamance is providing sign-on bonuses for nurses hired by March 2024, offering up to $5,000 for full-time LPNs and up to $7,000 for full-time RNs, with conditions applying.
Primary Role Responsibilities
RN
The Registered Nurse (RN) oversees health care plans and nursing duties within their scope of practice, ensuring comprehensive care. They direct nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with regulations and facility guidelines.
LPN
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) participates in implementing healthcare plans under RN supervision, supporting ongoing care and data collection efforts.
Requirements
- Must hold an active RN/LPN license in North Carolina.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Current BLS CPR Certification.
- Preferred 1-2 years of nursing experience.
