Job Description
The Holiday Inn Express Norman is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational functionality and appearance of our hotel equipment and facilities. Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms, including minor repairs, and touch-ups.
- Maintain and repair a variety of equipment, such as HVAC systems, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, and more.
- Undertake plumbing repairs, monitor energy conservation, and handle emergency alarms promptly.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Licensure in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license specific to the applicable state is a must.
- Maintain an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record) as per property requirements.
