Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Perform various tasks including changing light bulbs, touch-up painting, and minor furniture repairs.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on a range of equipment from laundry machines to HVAC systems.
- Handle plumbing repairs, monitor energy conservation, and address alarms promptly.
- Execute tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Licensing in a trade such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry is desirable.
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable state and a clean driving record are necessary.
