Job Description
Waupaca Foundry, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance professional to join our team at our location in Tell City, IN. As a leading supplier of iron castings in North America, we are committed to innovation, sustainability, and product quality.
Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for breakdown response, preventive maintenance, and equipment repairs to ensure our facility operates at its best.
Responsibilities
- Complete safety training and comply with safety policies.
- Participate in housekeeping programs.
- Utilize process control documents and work instructions.
- Adjust machinery for efficient operations.
- Perform fabrication, machine repair, and other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Education or experience in a maintenance-related field.
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
- Proven work history with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and more.
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
Requirements
