Mechanical Maintenance at Waupaca Foundry, Inc.

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to contribute to the maintenance and repair operations of our state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities
- Successfully complete safety training and adhere to departmental safety policies.
- Participate in the 6-S Program for housekeeping.
- Utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions.
- Perform equipment repairs, adjustments, and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications/Skills
- Education or experience in a maintenance-related field.
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
- Strong mechanical skills including welding, hydraulics, pneumatic, fabrication, and more.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
Education/Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
If selected, candidates must successfully complete interviews, aptitude tests, drug screening, physical, and a job function test.
