Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance professional to join our team at Waupaca Foundry, Inc. As a leading supplier of iron castings, we are dedicated to innovation, sustainable practices, and excellence in our products. Your role will involve ensuring the efficient operation of our state-of-the-art facility through breakdown response, preventive maintenance, and equipment repairs.
Responsibilities
- Complete safety training and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Participate in housekeeping programs.
- Utilize process control documents and work instructions.
- Adjust machinery for optimal performance.
- Undertake fabrication, repair, and other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
- Proficiency in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other maintenance skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
- Ability to work without supervision and adapt to flexible schedules.
