Job Description
Join Waupaca Foundry, Inc. as a Mechanical Maintenance team member. This role plays a vital part in maintaining our state-of-the-art facility through breakdown response, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs.
Responsibilities
- Complete safety training and adhere to safety policies
- Participate in WF's 6-S Program for housekeeping
- Utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions (DWIs)
- Make adjustments to machinery for efficient operations
- Perform fabrication, machine repair, installation, and other assigned duties
Qualifications/Skills
- Educational background or experience in a maintenance-related field
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift
- Strong work history with good oral communication skills
- Proficient in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and more
Education/Experience Requirements
High School Diploma/GED equivalent
Candidates must undergo a selection process including interviews and pre-employment tests.
