Job Description
Waupaca Foundry, Inc. is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance professional to join our team at our facility in Tell City, IN. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our state-of-the-art facility through breakdown response, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs.
Responsibilities
- Successfully complete safety training and comply with departmental safety policies.
- Participate in our 6-S Program for housekeeping.
- Utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions (DWIs).
- Make adjustments to machinery for efficient operations.
- Perform maintenance equipment repairs and tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Education in a Maintenance-related field or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
- Proficiency in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, blueprint reading, and more.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Education/Experience Requirements
High School Diploma/GED equivalent
