Job Description

Waupaca Foundry, Inc. is North America’s leading supplier of iron castings and is currently seeking a Mechanical Maintenance professional to join our team at our facility in Tell City, IN. As a member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality of our state-of-the-art facility through preventative maintenance, breakdown response, and equipment repairs.

Responsibilities

• Complete safety training and adhere to departmental safety guidelines.
• Participate in the company's 6-S Program for housekeeping.
• Utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions.
• Adjust machinery for optimal operations.
• Perform fabrication, machine repair, installation, and other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
• Proficiency in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, blueprint reading, and more.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Strong problem-solving skills and positive work attitude.
• Dependable, adaptable, and able to work without supervision.
