Job Description

Waupaca Foundry, Inc., a leading supplier of iron castings in North America, is looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance professional to join their team in Tell City, IN. As part of a forward-thinking and innovative company, you will be responsible for maintaining a state-of-the-art facility and ensuring the efficient operation of machinery.

Responsibilities

• Complete safety training and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Participate in the company's 6-S Program for housekeeping.
• Utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions (DWIs).
• Adjust machinery for optimal performance.
• Perform maintenance equipment repairs and other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Education or experience in a maintenance-related field.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
• Proficiency in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and other mechanical skills.
• High School Diploma/GED equivalent required.
